I made just one from this book and I was very pleased. We do not eat sweet in my house usually but that doesn’t mean I don’t like them but usually too much white flour and / or sugar. These quinoa biscuits were heavenly. Will be making them again. And right in time with fresh strawberries in market. I would highly recommend these books for healthier eating.
